Step 1
We lower the water level in your swimming pool by about 3-6”. The water is drained to your sewer washout using our industrial pump.

Step 2
We enter your pool with our customized equipment. The state-of-the-art pool cleaning equipment was built specifically for swimming pool bead, soda ash, and salt blasting.

Step 3
Once we are in the water and our equipment is in place, the glass beads, soda ash, or Epson salt are then shot against your pool tile/Pebble Tec at low pressure. We carefully remove calcium, mineral buildup, chemical residue and hard water stains.

Step 4
Once blasting is finished, we wipe down the surface by hand to remove any additional residue that might still be on the waterline. After residue has been removed and the tile has dried we apply a polish to protect the tile from further water damage. The pool tile surface will be clean and glossy.

Step 5
Finally, we use our own portable vacuum system to sweep the glass beads, soda ash, or Epsom salt out of your swimming pool and into our portable water filtration systems. This leaves no mess for you to clean up! Then the pool calcium cleaning process is complete. The entire pool calcium removal process normally takes about 3-5 hours for a regular sized swimming pool.

OUR THREE METHODS

Glass bead blasting uses an ultra fine stream of perfect round beads of glass. They can clean oil, grit and calcium of the tiles and grout. Glass beads can easily be cleaned up after the blasting is complete, and they DO NOT affect the chemical balances in the water or harm your plants.

Soda Blasting

Soda blasting is like bead blasting but uses baking soda to blast the calcium off the pool tile. Soda blasting is mostly used on stone or ceramic pool tiles. However, soda blasting causes the pH and alkaline levels of your pool water to rise.

Salt Blasting

Salt blasting is also like the other 2 only it uses Kieserite to blast the calcium off the pool tiles at a low pressure. This is the most common method of pool tile cleaning and can be used on sand, tile, and ceramic pool tile. It’s biodegadable and will has a neutral pH level. Its one of the safest and newest methods to clean pool tiles and creates a shine as if they were brand new.
